I know someone who has a Wheelhorse B81-8hp lawnmower or tractor who asked me if I knew how to check the oil level in its rearend.
He says there is no dipstick and seem to have only a drain plug.
Does anyone know how to check the oil level and add oil if necessary.
I assume that above the drain plug , there is another plug that you remove upon filling (how & where that is done is questionable) and filled at that plug untill the oil comes out.
The same principle is used on the Areins snowblower main auger differential.
