Update on M-4900 rim.It's been three weeks and I got the news yesterday that there was not a rim available at the present time for my tractor. I was told that they were on a nationwide search to find a matching rim, that the supplier had none and that my dealer would not be able to get one until about the 15th of August. My faith and patience are being tested.I talked to the distribution center for this area and the representative was shocked. While talking to him I also questioned the advertisement that they have on all M series tractors. Stated in the advertisement is that all M series tractors have at least one remote. I can't find it on my tractor. Maybe I can't read the brochure correctly. They are available as an option but this seems a bit misleading to me. Correct me if I am wrong as I usually am. The reigonal representative said he would call me back after talking to the dealer. Is there a lemon law on tractors? /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif

No lemon laws on tractors that I know of. It is a buyer beware kind of situation.

If you bought a M4900SU or M4900SUD, the first circut of remote hydraulics is optional. If you bought a M4900S or M4900SD (I'm assuming that you don't have a cab) the first circut of remote hydraulics is standard. Hope this helps.

It is true, there is no rim available in the United States or Canada. It is difficult to believe that a corporation as big as Kubota don't have a rim,also I found out that these rims are shipped in pairs so someone out there probably has the same problem as do.
