I follow the hours schedule in the manual. The only one I haven't, the power steering fluid and filter I will do this Spring. It is overdue now by the book.

ditto that.. by the hours in the manual, unless that will exceed a year, then I do it -at least- one per year, even if the hours havn't come up. that's on the crankcase anyway.

You might see a service schedule decal sticker on the underside of the hood. My TC40S shuttle trans. is a 2003, if that is close to yours, I could post the info tomorrow if you want. Don't know if those manuals are online at Messick's: www.messicks.com

I change seasonally. Every year before mowing, which is the heavy use for my tractors. I only surpassed the hours in one year once in the last 12 years.
I change engine oil and filter, air filter, and fuel filter. Yucky acids build up(combustion byproducts), especially as moisture can build in the winter.
The hydro, I change at the hours listed in the manual. Coolant, and axle oil too.
Also, grease every zerk on the tractor every 10 hours.
For a new to me tracto(ie used)r, I change everything when I first get it.

Raise your hood and look at the chart on the bottom side. Everything you need to know is there for maintenance scheduling.

I agree with robertn, and yes open your hood and look at the bottomside you should find a chart there. also go on ebay and look for a owners manual or better yet a shop repair manual, i paid $$$ for mine at the dealer.
