I love my L3240 and with its grapple it does everything I ask of it and beyond. However, I fould that when you have a task bigger than your tractor....you just borrow something up to the task.

Let me tell you....a 11500lb excavator makes short work of digging up 24 inch stumps and clearing some extra property!!

Talk about being a big kid with even bigger toys!

Yup, I agree.
When you get close to the limit of your equipment, bring in the big guns.
Even with my own TLB and dozer I still brought in an EX550 and a D9 dozer for the real big stuff.
I even got to operate them a bit.:thumbsup:
Looks like you have about the same CUT and attachments I do. I have over 400hrs on mine and still Love the 3240 for jobs its designed for.

when it got time on my land i went with a 32,000lb one. what a blast. 3 full days running it into the night and just enough fuel to put it back on the truck when they got here.

I am thinking my wife would be fearful of the collateral damage I would inflict with a 32000lb machine.
