Whens the TC Cab model due out?

I was at my dealer today and he showed me a brochure of a prototype TC 45 with a cab. The brochure showed it only being an option on TC 40's & 45's. We got interrupted and I didn't get to ask when they'll be out. Anyone know when these are expected to start hitting dealer lots?
