I have been looking for a front tire 4.00-16 for my tractor and I can only find the sizes on either side of what I need. Either bigger or smaller. Havent called the dealer yet but I guess that will be next. Thanks.

Well I was gonna suggest Ebay. I just bought 2 500x15's there. But I did a search and found nothing. I've found some dealers carry tires and tubes and some not. Be sure to try a Kubota, Deere, NH dealers. A tire is a tire if you can find it.

a tire one size up or down should be just fine, infact ya will find that tire sizes arnt real exact, often a tire from one mahufacturer that is say a 5.00-16 will be almost the same size as another manufacturers 5.50 or even 6.00-16 so i wouldnt be real worried about it, especialy if its just 2 wheel drive, which with a tire size like that i imagine it is
