Where Did The Montana Tractor Go?

Any one remember the Montana Tractor Brand? What happened to them? Where they a rebadged Jinma? I only remember seeing them advertised and then nothing. bjr

Mainly, they sold LS tractors with decals anyhow.
LS now sells under their own label in the US.
