I found it I THINK, under the front cover I followed the hose to the pump..

I don't know for a 165, but here's something to check and consider. The tractors that I have with power steering (Kubota & John Deere) use a hydraulic cylinder to do the steering. That means that the hydraulic system that runs the loader, 3 PH and anything else you have attached via hydraulics also runs the power steering. The Kubota L235 uses a single pump and runs everything with that. The JD uses a double pump and one is dedicated to the steering, the other pump runs everything else.
