Mar 31, 2009 / Where is the Honda Harmony 2113 Oil Filter?

Where is it? I have a 38" Honda Harmony mower and I can not find the Oil Filter anywhere. It's been 3-4 years at least since the oil was changed and it must be the original filter still. Honda lists the part, but there's nothing in the owner's manual showing where it is to change it.
