Where to buy a Howse Subsoiler?

I'm looking to purchase a Howse sub soiler combo unit. Where can they be purchased. I'm in Fargo, ND for the weekend. Part # is SSMB15C.

Don't know about Howse but I'd try to buy one w/shearbolt.
