I have an old 10' Brillion cultipacker with a two inch axle and am reconditioning it. Can anyone here direct me to a salvage business or individual that might have replacement wheels for these old packers? The numbers on the castings of the wheels are P15 and 1C11. Thanks for any information you might have.

You might try the company, at Brillion, WI. for starters. I think they can point you to their dealers in your area.

Get on the mailing list of your local auctioneers who sell farm equipment. You can usually get all you want pretty cheap if you don't mind getting the frame and all the other associated stuff to go with it.
