I've looked everywhere online but can't seem to find them and its after 5pm here so my Dealer's Tech Support is closed until Monday. I'm needing the torque specs for a Mitsubishi L3E (3 Cylinder Diesel). I was wanting to put it back together this weekend if at all possible. The torque specs I need are for the head bolts and rod bolts if anyone can help with either the specs or a link to a site where I can get them..

Thanks... but after more digging I ended up finding them online. I had ordered my parts from NCW Tractor last Monday because they were suppose to be in stock but cancelled the order on Thursday after I found out they had not shipped. Seems they couldn't find some of the items that were showing in stock. Wynn, the parts guy there, seems to be a super nice guy.

Call NCW tractor (866) 582-1172 Mon-Fri 7:30-4:30; Sat 8-Noon (pacific NCW Tractor Parts & Tractor Supply Store - Compact Tractor Parts VERY nice and knowledgeable people. Even if you didn't get the parts from them, I will bet he will give you the specs over the phone.

I need to do the 400 hour service to a couple of Toro 223d's

I am not at the top of my game right now. Health issues cause me to have problems wading my way through things. Even simple things. I have to be extra careful of mistakes.

I CAN NOT FIND A PICTURE THAT shows WHICH CYLINDERS ARE 1, 2 OR 3.

On page 29 of the manual it describes tightening the valves, shows a picture of the head and tells the firing order.

How are the cylinders numbered in relation to the head?

The firing order is 1, 3, 2

The torque sequence shows bolts 2, 1, 3. I am guessing That bolt 3 would be over the #1 cylinder, bolt 1 would be over the #2 cylinder and bolt 2 would be over the #3 cylinder,

I can email a copy of the manual if it would help

tHESE ARE ON THE sTARTER ON a Toro 223D

with a Mitsubishi L3E engine. Neither the Toro book or the Mitsubishi book had any torque specs I could find

The engine was used in a bunch of different brands of equipment and on several different kinds of equipment.

The Toro Starter part numbers
67-4600, 70-8760

Mitsubishi Starter numbers M2T50281, M002T50281, M002T50281ZC
