International 1066 Full sized JCB Loader/Backhoe and a John Deere 430 to mow with
I bought a hydraulically powered (fluid powers the blades not shafts) and the mower has two cylinders that raise/lower the cutting height. The ends of these cylinders are flat with maybe a 1/4" hole on them that I suppose a spanner wrench would work on.

Mower is circa 1987'ish or something like that. Spoken with the manufacturer and so far, not having a lot of luck as they used several styles over the years.

I once took my dipperstick cylinder off backhoe to be redone......cost me just over $1,000. After I cleaned my shorts out for that one, 20 years later, it needed it again. I decided for that kind of money, I'm willing to try it myself (and was successful......total cost about $150 in parts as I recall, maybe less)

So now I know how simple it can be.... have these two. Prefer to try them myself but now, don't know where to get parts.

Thoughts??

Take it a apart, take the seals out, go to a hydraulic shop and buy them individually. Instead of trying to find a seal kit for that brand. Sometimes it's cheaper this way.

If you need help taking the cylinders apart, share some pictures with us and we'll try to help you.
