Which backhoe attachment?

I'm in the very early stages of thinking about getting a backhoe for my MX4700. I'm thinking something in the 9-10' range. Any opinions out there on the Kubota vs. Woods vs. ????

Think it really boils down to YOUR needs. I have a Woods 7ft backhoe on my Kioti. Had one problem with the Woods when I first got it and it was looked after right away so very happy with it and the service. It fills my needs well. :thumbsup:

I have a Bradco 6.5 ft, 4pt sub-frame QA on my B3200 and it works great for my needs. I saved about $3000 over a Kubota hoe.

The Taylor Way would be my first choice. Italian made valves, pto pump, good price.

It may be cheaper to buy a used commercial TLB than a 9-10' hoe attachment.

$10,000 will buy you a very serviceable TLB in the 12-16,000 pound range with 5x the capability of your Kubota. Check ebay for relative pricing. Also machinerytrader.com is a good place to drool.

I bought a Woods BH80X with a hydraulic thumb from them. Best price I could find and great communication with them right up to the day the hoe was delivered to my driveway.

I picked up a brand new but not current model 8.5' Bush Hog, had to do a little mod work for the 4pt hook up but very pleased.It replaced a 3pt mount 7.5'. Remember, the longer the hoe the less often you have to move.
