Backhoe Which backhoe choices for jd3720 ?

Which backhoe choices are good for the JD 3720? The on-line lit seems to suggest the 375, but also lists some other numbers. Any experience here?

If the 375 is the only real choice, I see they have a rockshaft assist mounting system, to two fixed plates. How does this work (good, bad, floppy, loose...)? It looks fast to put on, much faster than the subframe mounted 46 I am dealing with on the 2520.

Its the cats meow for hook ups. Just back in, pick it up, throw in 2 pics hook up your hoses and hit the road. Very slick! My 48 backhoe on my 4300 has some hours and little to no slop. Deere seems to put a bunch of engineering into their machines.

I'll tell you how my 447 works once it is installed. I've been bothering my dealer regularly for over a year about buying either a 448 or 485 bh. I was thinking that more power is better than less as on 447. But I could never pull the trigger to justify the 8.5-9K cost. Then I found a very clean and little used 447 at much less than half that cost and that convinced me. I'm hoping that it will do more than just scratch the dirt.
