Grading Which Box Blade For An L3130?

I'm ready to add a box blade to my arsenal and I just don't know what to get. I've read some of the threads in the "Attachments" forum but they don't contain all the information I think I'll need. For starters, the first question the dealer asked is what size do I want? Great question, but I thought he could make the suggestion! What's a good weight to have in a box blade? Is it important to have the back hinged? What other features are "must haves"? I'd like to buy something soon so I'd appreciate any help on this.

Size will be dictaded by the width of your rear tires.
Example.. 60" tire width= 65" or better BB width.
Hyd top link will enhance the BB use two fold.
Hyd scarfiers are very nice but not a must( I really like mine)
Hinged rear cutter or not is a question only those with operational knowlege can answer, mine is not and I don't know if I'm missing out or not..I would like to think not.

There are several good manufactures, I will recommend the one I currently own..Cammond it is a very nice, heavy and well built industrial grade unit. My last BB was a Bush Hog and it was nice and worked well. A heavy BB will work better than a light one.

You may want to take a look at this thread. Box Blade Photo Comparision

Points to consider include the ability to adjust the scarifiers without taking your gloves off. Side wall shape (trapezoid or rectangle). Construction/reinforcement of the 3pt assembly (a BB that is 'sprung' or out of square is totally useless). Overall weight (the heavier the BB the better). Flat or curved back.
