Which is power beyond?

Just purchased a new DK50SE HST to replace my old Mahindra gear drive tractor. Since my other tractor didn't have a FEL or rear remote, I haven't had much experience with the hydraulic systems. I need some education on the Kioti hydraulic block. I attached a pic of the block taken from the back right wheel well. Four lines slightly out of the pic are going forward to the FEL. Is the power beyond the hard line on the side facing the outside of the tractor (curves under the block then goes forward) or the fitting that is currently plugged with a hex cap? The factory manual has me a little confused because the schematic shows two lines on the side of the block. Thank you in advance! Eric

That line in picture is the inlet/ supply form gear pump. The power beyond is directly across from it on the other side of the valve.

Excellent. Thank you! My WR Long 4 in 1 buck and electric over hydraulic 3rd function kit just arrived. The instruction sheet doesn't have any photos and I didn't want to touch anything until I had that figured out.

Here are some things you might want to know about that valve.

I am assuming that it will be installed after the FEL vale.

If the FEL valves lever is used fully, there is no PB fluid for the 3rd function valve until the FEL lever is released.

When using the 3rd function valve to operate the cyl, the only fluid coming out the 3rd function valve OUT port is the cyl expended fluid for any downstream operation.

Should you want the 3rd function to work while using the FEL valve, then only use half lever. Then half pump flow will pass on to the 3rd valve.

The FEL valve is a feather type valve, and the 3rd function valve is full flow. This full flow is controlled by the engine rpm.

There might be a manual way to operate 3trd function valve is there if no 12v. Look on the end of the solenoid for a manual way to operate the valve.

That power beyond circuit is now routed through the WR Long valve. Then two lines go from the valve to the new bucket. That went pretty well. Then I swapped the joystick handle with the new one with a rocker switch. Two black wire from the joystick to the WRLong valve. Then I got stuck on the red wire. It says connect to any hot wire. I unwrapped the bundle under the seat and there are probably 15 wires in every color combination. No wiring schematic in the owner's manual.

You could run that power wire all the way to the battery, install and inline fuse to it and run direct off the battery.

You probably want an accessory voltage so you don't accidently leave the switch on.

It's on the battery now. The rocker defaults to center position without pressure but I'll double check with WR Long just to make sure there is no draw. Thanks for. The help today!
