Which Kubota SSQA Adapter?

After wrestling with the idea a few months I've about decided to put a skid steer quick attach adapter on my Kubota L3600 tractor. The model number of the loader is the LA680.

I'd like to go with the Kubota OEM adapter if I can just find someone who knows which model or part number of adapter that I need. I've called at least 6 local Kubota dealers and I gotten different opinions on which model adapter my loader would need or even if Kubota makes one to fit my loader.

Do any of you know the Model# or Part# of the OEM Kubota SSQA Adapter to fit my loader?
