Yes sir, I had some 6"x3/8 ch. but it was twisted, so i used a piece of 5" lying around. But, it was 3/16" so i added 3/8" i/s to make it stiffer. The angle is all 1/4", and all bolts are 12mm w/ 8.8 grade. This loader is light in weight, but i think it'll do everything i need it to. Will post as progress in coming days. Txs for the info. on the screen California. Another question . Is this hose fitting to add a 'T' or ??

To add to Mr. Winston's reply, that hose is on the suction side of the hydraulic system and there would be really no need to 'tee' into it unless you were trying to supply a separate hydraulic pump (and even then, I would probably look at different options). Just guesstimating, but the hose 'joint' serves several functions:
1) flexibility,
2) splitting the tractor without having to pull either end of the line and
3) more 'play' for installation/alignment with the larger (more rigid) suction line as compared to the smaller pressure line that has maybe a little more 'play'.

Thank you, i was thinking of flexability for line to be worked on etc.. Just wasn't sure if maybe another reason. Also was thinking about the no-cut hyd. adapter that Hoye sells, but not sure where exactly to run the out line off valve. Any thoughts? Maybe its old age creeping in, but i thought i had figured it out once. If asking ourselves why we do the things we do, then i guess my mind isn't really going as fast as my wife says it is. Txs. From pump to inlet on loader valve. Power beyond port needs to go on the the 3 point control valve. The tank return line needs an opening into the transmission sump. It does not see high pressure. Do you know what item 32 is on your tractor? Yanmar Tractor Parts: TRANSMISSION_EXTERNAL

In pic 1. I think you are referring to the relief/ pressure setting. In the 2nd pic it could be the pb port. Someone here may know ,but I don't. you would need a sleeve if this is the pb port

Mr. Jim,

Your valve looks like a Prince LVR Loader Control Valve as mentioned earlier (I would definitely do a little more research to confirm the valve model before ordering parts). If a LVR valve, the power beyond port would go at the plug location shown in picture #2 of your last post. The existing plug would have to be replaced with a power beyond cartridge.

The two 'plugs' in the 1st picture look to be the load checks and the adjustable 'stem' on the handle side/top of the valve is the relief cartridge.

The instruction sheet for the LVR valve gives details about the valve and the set-up. The parts manual also gives some very good details about the valve components & options.
