I am new to this and would like some advice on which PTO shaft I should buy and also those which I should avoid. The brands that I have seen are Walterscheid (both standard W2000 series and their economy range), Bondoli Pavesi (BPI), Benzi and Comer. Walterscheid are by far the most expensive - is the extra cost justified? What are the problems with cheap shafts - is it just time before failure of a UJ or can they, for example, cause wear of the tractor PTO shaft due to poor fit, etc.? Thanks.
