Which Skid Steer to take on as a 'project'?

Hello Gentlemen. I'm not sure where to put this question but here it is. I'm thinking of looking for a small skid steer to take on as a project. I don't want to restore it to factory condition. I just want to get it running and suitable for light work around my block. Can anyone suggest a brand or model that I should be looking for? I suppose my main concern is that I get something for which parts are still readily available. I'm handy with tools and mechanical stuff generally, and I've owned a Kubota for quite a few years so I'm not afraid of anything that may require significant repairs, but I just don't want to buy a total dud. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Or perhaps theres another forum that I should be looking at?
