Thanks for all the input. I'm a little less confused than when I started, but still have doubts about correct size to get. I called King Kutter and they said even there smallest tiller (48") was too much for 16 pto hp. I guess that cuts KK out. I had seen some posts that mentioned CCM, so I looked at there web sight and gave them a call. Spoke with Mark and he seemed very knowledgeable. He actually thought that his 49" would be pushing the limits for this hp when it gets to max digging depth. He suggested I migh consider the 42". From the pics of the CCM tiller and after talking with Mark, they seem like one of the better tillers for the price right now. I can actually get there 49" including shipping for cheaper price than buying 48" KK locally at TSC. Both units are all gear drive and have a slip clutch, but the CCM has a kick stand and the finish looks much better.
Not quite ready to bite the bullet due to some other household expenses that are popping up, but when I do I will seriously consider the CCM. After looking at several different brands and reading alot of different posts, I think all of them would perform fine for residential duty. Under heavy duty commercial conditions that might be a different story. Thanks again for the advice and I'll let you know when I get one and how it works. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
