Looking at a Kubota Grand L 3240 right now with FEL, bush hog, and possibly a box scrape/cutter.
Main use:
Major Landscape project including planting 9 foot trees, Koi Pond and other stuff (I know I will need to rent a excuvator as well, unless someone can convience me to buy a backhoe)
Bush hog property. I mean HEAVY BRUSH cutting, not fine cutting. Want to clear off the rest of my 6 acres. Have a decent grade hill on about 2 acres of land that will need to be maintained.
My kids race MX. Will not be digging, I will have someone with a big loader do most of the work, but will need to clean up after the big tractor, keep up the track and move jumps around.
General maintenance of my 6 acres, and possibly more, when i can acquire it. I hate roots sticking out of the ground. I want something that will help me clean those up, as well as knock over small trees such a 4 to 6 inch saplings.
Any advice.
Should I consider a bigger tractor, and if so, why?
Trying to keep in the 25k to 30k range.
