cant remember if its the sherifs name or..

John Galt is a rhetorical question, or perhaps more aptly, a rhetorical answer.

It is an answer, in the form of a rhetorical, to a question that ones asks, although not wishing to know the answer.

Why does the sun rise, the moon shine in the night, or why is the sky blue; who is John Galt?
