Rotary Cutter Who is the Manufacturer?

I picked up an old rotary cutter, 3-point hitch style. It has a Borg Warner gear box and that is the only thing I really know about it. The gentlemen I got it from bought it at an estate sale, there aren't any other markings on it, no stickers or anything. Its definitely been hand painted.

I was hoping maybe someone could give me an little insight on who manufactured it. Comparing it to pics I found on the WWW, I want to say that it could be Rhino maybe? It may not look pretty, but it does cut some weeds. See the attached pic.

Did an image search for old rotary cutter. Found this from an auction back in 2009: LEWIS HERING ELEVATOR - GRAIN VACUUM - TOOLS - TRACTORS - FAN MILL - PICK UP - SIGNAGE - REMAINING INVENTORY

The Side Winders that I remember from back in the day were spun by a wheel and tire on the stump jumper:

Yeah, I will concur. The frame is almost spot-on. The mower deck is a little different, the rear wheel and its mount is the same as mine too, but I think your right, its probably a sidewinder.
