Who makes Kioti HST units?

I was surprised to hear that the Kioti HST units are made in Scandinavia.

What company actually produces them and are they used in other tractor brands?

Does any tractor brand manufacture/assemble their own HST? I am guessing Kubota Japan would.

I thought one of the strengths of Daedong (Kioti) Korea was that it manufactured or assembled most of it's major components.

I'm going strictly by what my dealer said, and he told me they are made in Scandanavia. He said it might be made by Volvo but could not confirm or deny that assertion. BTW, Volvo makes plenty of heavy machinery. And lots of manufacturers sub out certain items like transmissions; it's not necessarily a bad thing....

Maybe Michigan Iron could tell us what they know about where the HST's are made?!

When i was shopping for tractors, one dealer ( a TYM dealer) told me that all HST units are made by one manufacturer, and rebranded by all....i kind of find this hard to believe, but he swore to me that is so.

I really dont believe his as there are many different variants on how HST units operate. Thats all i know.
