Some people on here wont be surprised by this.
" I have a masters in procrastination, well I'd have a masters if I didn't keep putting off taking the final"
Now for the question at hand. The shell of my barn had been up for at least 9 months now. I have power installed and a few lights. The floor is still dirt.
I wasn't thinking when I had it built and the bottom skirt boards were placed too close to the ground for my plans to insulate, pex and put in 5" of concrete.
I do plan on putting a two floor drains in the middle of the garage area for drainage, a utility sink, toilet, shower and washer.
Who should I call to help get the floor prepeped for concrete? What I need is someone to remove and level the dirt, dig the various trenches and place and pack the gravel. I myself would then put down the plastic barrier, 2" of foam board, rebar and pex, then have a cement crew come in do the concrete.
