Who visited chinese factories??

Iｴm thinking about buying a chinese tractor. I contacted Woodbeef and he told me that a guy should be around here at TBN, which has visited different chinese manufacturer before he imported tractors. Can anyone help me out with his name?

Who me?? I guess so! Bernhard, I have answered your PM. I did see some good looking 2 wheel tractors at Dong Feng factory. they are supposed to be number one in that type product, but I don't know if they have the needed emmissions/safety for europe. mostly sold to third world contries and of course the Chinese domestic market. I am trying to attach a photo they had these lined up on all the side street within the factory compound
