I just have to bump this thread back up to the top! Check out the guy on the ladder servicing the streetlight, and the guy with the pickup truck propped up with 2 x 4's. Honorable mention to the guy in shorts standing next to the guys in full hazmat gear, looking quite idiotic indeed, and the forklift that drove off a loading dock with what appears to be a 2,000-lb. bomb.

Classic stuff, I couldn't bear to even look at some of these pictures for more than a few seconds, much less even imagine being in their place! And this is coming from a guy who climbs trees for a living! People say I'M nuts, but some of THESE guys officially ARE!

This isn't actually a violation but rather someone concerned about their safety. Notice the guy in the pool with the aluminum ladder using a drill. If you look closer, you will notice that he is using safety glasses. He is all about safety! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif You would have thought he would have at least used a fiberglass ladder /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

A lot of places must use those photos. I saw a lot of them once in a OSHA training class, along with the guy on an aluminum ladder and an electric drill, in a pool, drilling something.
