Last week I asked for all KL120 & KL130 owners (on TBN) for help.

1. Post your loader serial numbers.
Why? To see if there is a pattern (bad batch)

2. Post whether or not you have loader cracks and where they are.
Why? So Kioti engineers can get you all a proper fix.

3. Post honestly how you are using your loaders.
Why? So Kioti engineers can see what is causing these cracks.

So where are the numbers?
If everyone cooperates this will get taken care of quicker.
You want answers ~ let's help Kioti.

I'll help Kioti:)
I agree, let's see if it was a bad batch once and for all.
Before I mosey out to the Garage, where might one find this SN on the loader?.
If, like most women, you can tell me where to go (to look)vI will and report back.

Isn't this Kioti's job?

I suspect Kioti knows my SN, but as I haven't seen anyone around my tractor lately, I doubt if they would know if my loader had cracks or how I work it.
I'll get the info Becky.

Dodgeram and all others,
The serial number for the KL120 & KL130 is on the left bearing box (the upright that attaches the loader to the tractor)

The serial number on the 120 can be seen easily while sitting on the tractor.
The serial number on the 130 can be better seen while standing.

Tomorrow I'll post a picture of both, but for now it's 93 degrees and I'm heading for the pool ;)

Keep cool all, see ya in the AM

Do you really expect Kioti to go out into the field and check every loader?

And if you thought about it you would realize that Kioti is doing their job.

It would be nice if we could keep this discussion straight to the point and on track.

All argumentive posts will be ignored.

Yup, got sucked in again.

1) Serial # 50711035, purchased 11/05. (KL130), 67 Hours
2) No cracks as of today
3) Used w/toothbar to move 10 tons CR6 (that stuff is hard when it's packed), 75 2x2 pieces of Flagstone 10 @ a time (that c**p is heavy too). Lifted two half pallets (150 bricks each?) of brick w/pallet forks. Other misc things.
Hope this helps.

I've posted this before. Too bad Kioti doesn't read this forum. They could have collected this information weeks/months ago rather than waiting for some random dealer to start a thread.

Here it is again:

Serial # 319600693 (CK20) and #40709116 (FEL)
Purchase date 9/05. Loader used with toothbar primarily in brush clearing (almost all digging done with BH) Cracks noted at first inspection at about 75hrs before I added a grapple. Cracks in all four corners across bolt holes.

Luckily Kioti assures us these are meerly cosmetic cracks, presumably some sort of tractor version of crow's feet. I've got a call in to my tractor dermatologist to take a look at it and perhaps to prescribe some botox.

..........because having two threads asking for the same information is a . But here goes again CK 30 KL130 bought 10/04 SN 40614139 197 hours. Four 1"+ cracks near bolt holes. Loader used to push brush, move/level gravel and top soil. Oh, and don't forget piling up all the snow!!
