I've been inspired by the wheels on this thread. The guy fitted wider wheels to his yanmar. Looked the biz :)

Here's my little 1610 on agri tyres.

The thing is my ground is very wet and wider tyres would be great. Looking through the bay of fleas as you do , turf tyres "look" wider, but are they actually? Anyway I would like to track down wider wheels /rims in the uk
my tyres say 8x22 on the back and 6-14 on the front. I think they have 6 studs.

The thing that got me interested was on the other thread someone said wheels from a vw beetle fit the yanmar so is there any such good fit for the iseki, ie landrover for the front or something? You know what I'm driving at ;)

There is a member on here with his Iseki in the UK who has double tires on the rear. That might be a good option for you. I had turf tire on mine originally, and they were a bit wider, but not anything noticeable. I would look at Yenebiz in Belgium, but with VAT and shipping, it may be an expensive option. Yenibiz en Mod Manuals, parts, spare parts for tractors Iseki-448 this the tread about the dual wheels that TBN member Marcle. He is from Herefordshire/Gloucestershire. http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/iseki/249713-dual-wheel-adaptors.html You could look at Industrial Ag tires. In the US they are called R4's, but I am not sure what there designation is in the UK. I found a dealer in the UK who sells Iseki TS1610's. They might have an idea about wider tyres as well: Blacktrac Compact Tractors - Iseki Compact Tractors Their telephone number is: 01832 735680 or 07939 136207. Hope this helps a bit!

Wow, thanks for the detailed and would you believe it, that guy in the thread is about ten minutes down the road from me. :) Double rear wheels might be a good idea, give me more tread too. I thought the turf tires were twice the width ?
thanks again. will post pictures of whatever I go with. :)
