I'm glad to see that changing the bulb solved the problem.
As I read through the thread the idea that the new sensor was bad kept going through my mind. As an industrial electrician I've chased the problem down and replaced the board or whatever only to find that it didn't fix the problem. After hours of head banging I'll replace that brand new board with another brand new board and everything works just fine.
