Been looking for a bigger truck for pulling things. Our current f150 has over 320k on the odometer and times running low on that truck.

We've been looking but hoping prices will come down. Test drove a 2008 f350 yesterday. Thing was clean and nice. It was an actual work truck. Manual windows and locks. I love it.

Wife made the call.

New 6.4l,turbo, heads, basically everything under the hood is new, including exaust all the way out back. Newer transmission . Was a north Dakota truck

Congratulations! (y)

The thought of buying a new or newer truck has been in my mind. Especially since I've been spending time on my GMC tracking down an air bag light. I'm certain the problem is wiring. It's like chasing a cat. The codes keep changing. It all started when I hit a pothole last week.

That's why we bit the bullet. Trucks get old. Besides the mileage on our f150, whenever I would drive the mini onto the trailer, I swear you could watch the truck frame bend.

Drove this one yesterday , I'm cheap and don't want to spend money but for what the guy has done too it, 15k was cheap.

Wife said screw it and brought it home before someone else bought it.

We are the rare type that doesn't mind no power anything in the cab. Grew up that way, didn't kill us. Our 12 yo was like "WTF". she'll get over it

Plus he threw in the 2 side mount tool boxes. Don't need them but I'll take them

I like the brush guard on the front and bed liner.

I'm with you on that. I suppose power windows are nice to have on a 4 door full size truck, but I like crank windows because you don't need to go get the key to roll 'em up if it starts to rain. Rarely, if ever lock it so don't need power locks. One more thing to break.
I guess most people want all the bells & whistles these days.
