Wiggins Forklift Tranny Problem (Ford 545C)

I just purchased a Wiggins All terrain 6000lbs. forklift. Only moves in lowest gear. I think that the forward & reverse clutches need replaced. I really know nothing about the wiggens forklift & i've never worked on a ford 545C backhoe. If someone can lead me in the right direction or know of these Machines
