Are any members using a quick attach conversion built by Wildcat Attachments?
How does it compare to ATI or other units?

Are you refering to WILDKAT attachments? If it is, please provide a link to what you are talking about. I am interested in a JD to SSQA but the ATI is way to much money;)

Here is the link. Skid Steer Stump Grapple

It's from
Unlimited Fabrication, LLC
PO BOX 454
DENTON, NC 27239

It's the same location as Wildcat Attachments as far as I know . Their business card says Mid-State Equipment Sales and Rental LLC. All part of the same Co., best I can tell.

I'd expect they are running into trademark issues, they will probably have to quit calling their rotary cutter a Bush Hog before very long. I suspect that when Bush Hog gets wind of them, their legal office will send a cease and desist letter.

I wonder if these are china imports. I see the exact same attachments at auctions all the time with 1/2 dozen different names on them.

Not from China. I have been to Wildcat in Denton NC and they are producing the attachments right there:thumbsup: I bought a stump bucket from them. They told me if I didn't like it, to bring it back. It is well made and works as it should.:D

Well it was my intention to take a trip to Wildcat Attachments this week. Their price of $663 was one of the lower cost adapters I had read about. My experience has been that they usually sell for less than list. So far so good.
After reading some more posts on this forum, someone, (I don't remember who), said that they bought theirs from their local dealer.
What the heck, I'll check with my local New Holland Dealer. I can usually get better prices going aftermarket than OEM with most things.
Well guess what. My dealer came through with a price of $550+tx.:drink:
bubbacuse77 you may want to check with JD and see what they offer. Maybe you will be as surprised as I was.

Notforhire that's an excellent move! I bought my adapter at my NH dealer several years ago and paid less than $400. I assumed you had checked and they were higher. I'm glad you checked because now you have genuine NH equipment. I know I love my adapter and it is first rate. Keep it greased good and it will work nicely. However, you will find all implements are made differently. Some will easily attach and others you may have to use a cheater on the handles because the implements are tight. Always check that the pins extend out the bottom of the implement adapter to ensure the attachments don't come unhooked when under stress. There is not one single thing I've added to my tractor that has increased my productivity more than the QA adapter. I hope you find the same with your tractor.
