Will 62C belly mower from X575 fit 2320?

I just ran into this dilemma myself. I ordered a 2320, and when I was pricing them out I wanted to look into a 62C instead of a 62D.. At first the dealers said yes, and then they said no.. I even wrote JD, and they replied back with useless information.. Finally one of the dealers found some information that said you can mount a 62C on a 2320, but it requires the independent lift kit. The kit is about as much as the price difference between the 62D, so unless you already have one your probably better off going with the D... Thats what I did..
