A direct fit would be highly unlikely. The Kubota systems are typically 2 general pieces, the plow blade which includes the angle function(manual or hydraulic) and female receiver part of the hitch. 2nd part mounts to the tractor and has the lift function. The tractor portion of the hitch will normally fit across a range of similar sized tractors thru the use of model specific brackets and mounting points or adjustments of the hitch. With this being the case if you have some fabrication skills you could probably be successful in attaching it to the Kioti tractor. How well it would work is anyone's guess though in regards to ground clearance, lifting height, ease of install/removal, etc.
Before going down that road I would definitely look at other alternatives from Kioti, HLA(Hoarst Welding), Michigan Iron & Equipment who may make something direct fit to your tractor. With that said typically the Kubota and some other manufactures such as NH & Massey have used a Canadian company named RAB to make the snow removal attachments. If Kioti did as well you might get lucky and find some commonality in the parts making a custom fitment less involved.
