Will anyone sell me a 3940 HST FEL

I recently visited a Montana dealer in VA and agreed to purchase a 3940HST w/FEL Montana while visiting a friend in VA. It was Friday afternoon and we didnç¨š have enough to get everything done due to having to return home. I agreed to return the next weekend to pick up the tractor but the dealer called me and told me Montana had some inventory sitting in Tarboro NC near where I live and they had a 3940 HST with 20 hours on it he would work out a deal on. I meet the local rep and agreed to purchase the 3940 which I paid for. The demo didn't have a FEL and it had turf tires. The dealer agreed he would get me a FEL; service the tractor and change the turf tires for Industrial tires. He kept his word and serviced the tractor changed tires and even detailed the tractor for me, which I was very happy with. My problem began when he priced me a FEL the angled type but began giving excuses about it not showing up then it showed up with rust on one of the cylinders and he didnç¨š want to have to warranty it. Then he told me he was unable to get an older one and could only get a new curved loader. He gave me a new price for a Loader and installation which I agreed to pay up front if he would get me the loader. He told me to just pay for the loader when it came in. I canç¨š even get him to return my calls now. I contacted Montana twice via their web site and requested a price quote from a dealer and haven't been contacted and have called another NC dealer and requested a price but no return calls from them either. I understand standing behind your dealers but I just want someone to price me a FEL that will fit my Tractor. I didn't realize this would turn into such an issue. Love the tractor though. Called a local Koyker dealer which informed me they don't make one to fit a 3940 HST Does anyone or can make an aftermarket loader to fit or someone give me a Montana dealer who wants to sell a loader. Sorry for the long post.

I don't know your dealer or what is happening but I would buy the curved boom loader for sure. Don't bother with the old style angled loader. Good luck.

I believe I would want a curved loader also. I didn't intend it to be a rant about the dealer. It just seams Im missing something because of the difficulty I have run into getting a Montana loader or even a price quote. I'm sure I could get a price for a Montana loader but I wanted to get a loader from a dealer within driving distance to keep shipping or travel from being so much. I have emailed Woods and ask if they make a Loader with the attachment hardware? I would just like to know who makes something to fit it with a mounting kit. Is there something different about this model that makes it difficult to get a loader for or is it difficult to get a loader separately if it doesn't come with the tractor?

According to the Montana website the loader that goes on the 3940 is the 100 series ML3940 and MSRP is $4249.00. This loader fits a few other model also. Hope this helps.
