So I was bushing hogging and looking down at the tires in a stob prone area when I should have been lookin' up. A 10' 6'' tractor will NOT fit under a 9' 6'' limb and a fiberglass canopy will bust in lots of pieces. Splintered in lots of pieces and likely unrepairable. So start looking for a replacement. The one I have I bought used and it came off a Deere 5525. I have a 5075E. Not a perfect fit but close enough. The frame was not bent so I need a replacement top. Never did find one. Didn't even check a dealer. In my search I came across a guy on craigslist that had take off golf cart tops with a frame to fit your tractor for $295. You pick up, no shipping, tan only, you paint. Sometimes he gets white ones. Elizabethtown Ky 30 miles. I bought one and painted it and put it on. It is plastic and my enamel paint doesn't stick well. A polyurethane may work better but I'm not a paint guy but I had enamel on the shelve but no polyurethane.
