Probably to heavy (since it's built for skid-steer use) to effectively work on your machine. I'd suggest a Markham or WR Long Light Duty grapple for you, and it's cheaper than those you linked.

Unsure what you mean by "factory hydraulics"? You will need another remote (front or rear) to operate any grapple.
I'm with Kenny. It will physically go on your tractor, but its too heavy. I stongly suggest finding a grapple made for a tractor since it will be light enough to allow you to lift brush and debris. The grapples he suggested are excellent.
