</font><font color="blue" class="small">( I'm not looking to change out my tip only, but the complete auger bit. I looked at them at TSC today and took some measurements. The spacing on the bolt holes is 3/4" and 2 3/4" on the Leinbach as measured from the top of the bit. The one at TSC is 1" and 3". So the spacing between the two holes is the same, I've just got to see if when the Leinbach bit was bolted up to my gear box it had an extra 1/4 of clearance on the shaft. The Leinbach auger bits are weak at the point where they bolt onto the gear box, so far I've had two break in that location. John )</font>
Sorry, I misunderstood, yes, the augers will interchange. Should use the same gearbox. The DP augers that some TSC stores sell may/may not interchange depending on the guards on the Lienbach... The new "Fieldmaster" augers are reinforced where you are breaking the Lienbach augers.
