I just bought a M6800 about a month ago.I is a 2002 2WD mechanical shuttle C/H/A with 1900 hrs. on the clock.I have found 2 problems that i would like to repair.
PTO shaft is leaking a little around seal and has in and out play of abou a 1/4".When i had the serial# ran at the Kubota dealer The PTO was worked on under warranty record said it had siezed up.I have used the PTO quiet a bit running my hay tedder with no issues other than the small leak.I would like to pull the plate off that holds the PTO shaft and replace seal and see if i can get the in and out slack out.It looks simple to pull the plate to check out.
Lift is jerky when lifting a heavy implement.I have changed hydraulic fluid and filters and it did not help problem.Some one said it could be a relief valve giving me the lift problems.
Will the $76 WSM part #97897-18004 manual cover checking lift problems?I have a WSM for my M105X and it does not go into detail enough.
