Nice job. Will you leave the cab on year round and how did the pt work pushing snow?

I haven't decided yet if I will leave the cab on. It will easily come off by removing 4 bolts, disconnect 12v terminals, and slide up over the ROPS. Originally, I had the plow mounted to the quick attach plate but it was 4' in front of the tractor. Trying to plow snow was like moving a barge with a row boat. So now the blade is attached directly to the PT frame and the lift arms allow 5" of vertical travel in the float pos. in case I hit something. Now it works great pushing snow/dirt.

I love the cab work. Awesome job. The only question I have is it seems like quite a bit of work to use that JD plow instead the PowerTrac hydaulic snow blade. Wouldn't the PT blade with tilt that connects to the quick attach be more versatile and still let you pop on the buckets if needed?

WOW - that cab is first class, great job.
You must be very handy to be able to build that cab from scratch. Keep the projects coming and photo's of each.

Yea, the PT blade probably would have been better but, I already owned the JD blade from my other tractor.
