Winter fuel protect

Also running a small percent biodiesel will cover the lube issues. Like a B5 0r B20. Unfortunately, the bio-d doesn't do well at lower temps in higher percentages (yet). For gelled fuel here, we end up using Diesel 911! Pour in a quart or liter and let it sit for awhile - then crank her over ....

Not to be too precise after kidding you about being too precise, BUT, it is suggested to add the gallon (or whatever) of fuel to the empty can, THEN the stabilizer, shake, THEN the rest of the fuel. Probably to get a better mix and keep the product from adhering to the dry can bottom/sides.

Sounds good to me. But I use a 15 gallon container. It's kinda hard to shake. I figure the 8 mile ride (1 mile over a dirt road) from the dealer with the off road diesel (about 50 cents a gallon cheaper) to my place will do the shaking for me.
