What do those of you who use your Cubs year round do to prep for the cold and snow season? I use my GT3235 to move snow and wonder what I should be doing.

Change the Oil and Filter
Clean/Replace the air cleaner and pre cleaner
Grease the fittings
Charge the battery and keep the battery tender handy and ready for use
I also install my winter cab enclosure, with extra Gloves, Jackets and Hats.

I use my JBjr year round, this year I purchased the snowshoe for it, so it's ready for snow removal duty.
If the snowthrower is needed it is cleaned and lubed with extra shear pins and an extra belt.

I also have about 20 gallons of gas on hand.

I guess I'm ready for whatever winter brings my way.

Change oil and filter as it usually needs it by fall. Other wise nothing.:D

Clean from top to bottom including air filter. Grease all fittings, and sharpen/balance blades.
Change oil and filter.
At the end of the season, I put in 5w-20 light vescosity oil in it so it will start easy in cold weather.
I run it for a few minutes each month in cold weather to build up the battery and burn off any condensation.
I add a small amount of GumOut and StaBil to the gas.
