Sure do!
Look into the Davis systems. I have a Vantage Pro2 that pushes data up to the web. Its been a great unit. My unit uploads to Weatherunderground via my PC.

They also offer a unit that is standalone. You can log directly into that unit and push to the web without having to keep a PC running. All you need is an nternet connection at the ranch

Just looking around the Davis site, and they have a new unit that I wasnt familiar with called the vantage connect which appears to be completely standalone and broadcasts via cellular. It is also solar powered. Sounds like exactly what you want.
Vantage Connect® (for USA) by Davis
"Vantage Connect combines the wireless receiving and data collection capabilities of a Vantage Pro2, Vantage Vue and Weather Envoy with cellular technology and an integrated data logger to transmit your weather data to a secure page on WeatherLink.com. View the data online using your computer or smartphone or download data to your PC for analysis, archiving and reporting using WeatherLink software (CD included). Vantage Connect can be configured to send you an immediate email or text message alarm when preset weather conditions, such as high wind or frost warnings, occur."
I should clarify the above options are just what you use to connect to the net. You still need to buy a sensor suite like the Vantage Pro2. To clarify, there are several different ways to get your data online, Via PC and internet connection (weatherlink), Via standalone router and internet connection (weatherlinkIP) and completely standalone, requiring neither electricity or internet connection (Vantage Connect).
Once you have your method of uploading figured out, you then have to decide where you want to view that data. There are many options here.
Personally I upload directly to Weatherunderground, which makes a page like this:
http://www.wunderground.com/weather...y.asp?ID=INOVASCO27&day=27&month=07&year=2013
Davis themselves offer a web based service of their own design. They also offer the ability to upload data to Weatherunderground, CWOP and Globe sites. Their sites using their service look like :
