wiring diagram 5203 trator- rear wok light hookup

Need a little help... I just purchased a rear work light kit for my 5203. I followed all of the instructions, to the point of "plug the purple wire and black wire into" their respective plugs, located under the seat.
Well, I did that, and I have no light. (yes the switch was on!) Any help would be welcome or if someone had the wiring harness diagram, mabe I could follow it back. Oh yeah, I checked the fuses and they were all fine

Hook a test light to the purple and to ground and see if you have power at that point. Then you would know it the new lights are bad or if you missing power from the tractor. With a multimeter you could check for voltage and check continunity of the black ground wire. You are missing voltage or ground to the lights, or both.

I don't have a wiring diagram so can't help there.
