Wood S9000 too big for a L3400?

I have the woods 750 BH now, but I have a line on a woods S9000.
My front and rear tires are foam filled so I have weight. (foam is heavier than calcium filled tires...go figure)
Just wondering whats the smallest tractor that this wood s9000 can go on.
The woods weighs 1300#, I don't know what my woods 750 weighs.
