Wood splitter parts?

Anyone know if I could find something like this at a local store, maybe Tractor Supply? I'm looking for the hydro filter holder for an older Central Park brand wood splitter. There's fluid that leaks continuously from the top of the filter even after replacing the filter (thinking the seal on the old filter was bad). I mean, the fluid builds up on top of the filter as if the leak is coming from where the filter seals to the filter mount. I think maybe the filter holder has a crack. Do you know where to find these? Central Park is no longer a company so I can't go to them.

Filter bases can be found at almost all farm supply stores , Northern Tool ,or Surplus Center.
