Woods 6215 need some advice

I found a Woods 6215 diesel with a 72" deck serial number 663872. I do not know much about theese mowers. What year is it? Do they have any known problems? How do they handle hills? From what I gather Woods does not manufacture their own mowers, so who built this one? It has about 600 hours on it, whats it worth? Sorry for a million questions but I need to move fast, current mowing set up is finished!

it was made for awhile by Grasshopper, then Ariens. friend, it could be worth two grand or fifteen, without more info...
